So, checked out of the Hotel le Savoie this morning REALLY freaking early to take Katie, Nicole and Craig to meet up with Tigerband. Heard some Tigerband. That was cool. I also saw my friend Melisa. She's in the New Orleans Marine Band. Saw her march in all of the parades, and talked to her this morning before they stepped off. That was cool. We went to high school together.
Jenna and I saw an AMAZING view of Los Angeles from the plane as we were landing. That was super cool. Downtown looked like a model, and it was all sparkly and stuff.
I had a great time at Mardi Gras. It was great to eat King Cake and Canes again. MMMMMMM. I live for that stuff. Yummy. Thanks so much to Justin for letting me stay. I had such a wonderful time with everyone. Jenna really enjoyed meeting all of my friends as well. She thought everyone was really cool and friendly. I told her all about you guys and how cool everyone is, and she definitely enjoyed her first Mardi Gras and her first time in the South. Wow, the girl brought sooo many beads back to LA! Haha.
I guess I should address some of the drama that happened last night.
Well, thanks for the apology Tony. It's cool...shit happens. I'm sorry as well for upsetting both you and Amy.
I'm tired. Mark picked Jenna and I up from the airport, and we hit up some Carls Jr. for dinner. Yum. Maciej, the Polish guy in the trombone studio, is throwing his Names Day party tonight. I was gonna go chill with everyone there, but I'm just way too tired. So I practiced and did homework instead. Mock auditions in Studio Class tomorrow. Rahr. Grr...8:00am class tomorrow. Welcome back to reality...I'm gonna go hit the sack.
