It is so nice to see how well everyone is doing. ^_^ John to the left in CA, and the rest of you sporadically thrown across SC. So far not one of my friends have had any bad news. Garrett’s back in town and hardly ever home. He’s working as a computer programmer for the summer at 15/hr. he is one of those rich college students. I work till 3:30 at school for min. but I play on the computer all day at work so its worth it and I’m racking up 40 hours. With all this time on the world wide web I think I may revive my yahoo messenger or the AOL.
I’ll be taking math in the summer and trying to bring up my GPA so I can get into a masters program in Coastal in Art education. All I need to do is get perfect grades for two years… piece of cake ^_^;
My sister Crystal already has a job at McLeod! Yay! She might get decent pay and she needs it with five pit bulls and a house payment. She let me have a phone line. So call me at 230-6444. It is free after 9:00 and free on sat and Sunday and free if you have suncom.
X and Aaron have become far more domestic. Its funny to watch them subtly get on each other’s nerves. They play around like a happily married couple. And yes the rumors are true I did go to a gay pride parade. I got lots of interesting stuff like condoms and dental dams. O_o
We went through five points and stopped at a small park in Columbia. We were in the parade as FMU’s Gamma Sigma Alliance. We won best car/motorcycle! X did the most work painting and making most the decorations. We did this all on a brand new car… yeah X was brave letting us put tape on his new car. I wrapped streamers in rainbow patterns and cut out letters for an hour and a half. It was fun but tiny, I had expected a little more attendance at the actual parade.
We walked around and picked up every piece of free paper, plastic, and fabric that could be stuffed in a bag. X made sure every vender out there knew we were from a university. And gave all of them our card. My favorite entertainment was the drag king show, or at least the one that we saw. I’ve also come to realize that drag queens scare me. Ever since that time I couldn’t find a dollar in my pocket so the drag queen got a little too close for comfort and called me a scrooge. *shivers*
Well anyway while I’m bored with nothing to do during the summer I’ve been raiding the library. I’m reading "The Historian" and "Engaging the enemy" and I’ve got a few more out that I intend to finish by the end of the … well next week. ^_^
Love you people and I’ll be reading the live journal. I’m so proud of all my friends! ^_^ you awesome people of success and talent.
