I wrote a proposal for a friend who works for the District Attorney in one of the New York Boruoughs. It si to provide support for women who are Victim's of Domestic Violence. I did it as a gift. I didn't ask to get paid. Is there a chance I might go to heaven after all?
But....
Why do I need to ask?
