Hi all!
1. Wanted to pop out and say Happy Birthday to all the March babies!!
2. I've moved. OUT OF CALIFORNIA. OMG, I never thought I'd leave that state, but we did it! My older sister lives a bit north of Denver, CO and my younger sister recently moved out here with her, so well, I just had to go too! Well that reason, amongst others... the only thing that kept us in Cali were my parents. And Disneyland. Alas, I cannot take Disneyland with me, but I can take my parents. Their house is in escrow, my dad can stay working the same company out of his home, my hubby got an okay job for now out here and so... off we went!
I'm living now in Arvada, if anyone is close to there... It's much slower pace out here, and everything feels really close because as you know, I'm used to driving 30-100 miles or more a day just to piddle around town... Well, out here, 30 miles puts you on the wayyyy other side of town, so it's pretty nice and relaxing. The apartments we moved into are new, but we are currently on the 4th floor, waiting for our ground floor apartment to open up. Dude. The flight of stairs, 5300 feet above sea level--ack!!! And with the two big dogs--bigger ACK! But it's nice to be around my sister's again.
3. I have one more chapter of my 2 year WIP to finish writing and I will finally be DONE! YEAH!
