ouuuuccchhhhh. i seriously just fucked up my leg. i just got back from my usual run and i cant even freaking walk. i felt it start hurting about halfway through the run and then it got worse and now that im back it hurts like a bitch to move it at all. hopefully i just took a wrong step or something and it will feel better after a bit. ugggg.
