(no subject)
It's been over a month since I updated, and it feels like a couple of days.
So much has happened!!
Elisa - cancelled our lunch - needless to say we haven't spoke since!!
Bryan & Helen's wedding - we went, for a bit anyway - had to get home to the wee man. It was cheap & trashy but it was their day & it cost them more than ours. I braved it & head BITCH couldn't even look at me, whether she was embarassed cos she looked like a girl (she was a bridesmaid) or whether it was cos she finally grew a conscience - i'm not entirely sure!!
My real Dad has been coming down weekly to see me & Finlay - we're building our relationship. It's going ok. I still see my Granda every week too.
After 17odd years of marriage my Mum & Step-dad have split up, for good. She's determined she's not going back - EVER!!
Elaine & Garry's wedding - It was a bit strained with my mum not being there, wasn't sure if we'd be welcome or not with everything going on... Aunt Elaine nearly cried when she saw we were there, guess she was happy. It was a good day, Stephen got away from work early enough to make it & both my sisters made it down with their wee ones. Finlay wore a kilt! So cute, if I can figure out how to post pics I might!!!
Louis christening - was a good day, he was absolutely gorgeous - he had a full kilt outfit on. Head BITCH was there, she spoke to me as if she never done anything wrong, Stephen & I just looked at each other!!!!!!!!!
Kevin - one of our friends has been attending Doctors with a sore back. A physio told him there was othing wrong it was all in his head - he got his results from a MRI scan - he has a tumour in his spine, it's between the bone & the spinal cord. We're waiting to find out when they can operate, he could end up in a wheelchair or worse.
Helps put some perspective on things.
Finlay's christening is this Sunday, should be interesting. I haven't invited Elisa (is that bitchy). It's going to be a quiet one. He's getting really big at his last weigh in he was 25lb3oz at 5 1/2 months!!
He's now 6 1/2. He made his baby walker move about an inch yesterday - I was so proud. He has absolutely no interest in crawling or getting on his feet. He's teething so bad, we barely sleep.......
If one more person asks me if i'm pregnant again I will cry!!!!!
I am on the pill so NO I really don't think I am.....
