I got to carry the Conacht banner in the Irish parade!! My friend Natalie (lil nat) and I went to the beginning of the parade, just to walk it, and some guy in an orange vest says "do you wanna carry a banner?" and we says "sure! why not!" and we got our picture taken and people smiled and clapped for us. And then at the end of the parade some chic was telling history things about Ireland and Conacht is the area of Ireland where Galway City is located, which is my fave city and one of lil nat's fave cities. Oh it was a wonderful day!
