Ni Kong Ying Man Ma?
I made Char Siu Bao, I did good :D Well considering it was my first time. The sauce still needs a lil tweaking, but the dough worked well yay! Now I have too much dough though so I'm making various bread products. Tomato/Garlic & Cheese Bread Twist is in the oven as I type.
Soon I will make a Choc-Orange Cake. It's for Shaun, who likes choc orange things.
We're no longer seeing each other (in a 'seeing each other' type of way) because he wants to be a man whore and is going back to Melbourne soon anyway, but we're still friends, so at least I still have someone to hang out with.
Talking about Melbourne, does anyone want to come to Melbs in mid Dec? I'm looking to go over cos flights will be $300 :D and I also want to go to the Daft Punk Concert. Even tho they're coming here as well, but for me to work all my flights and Xmas in Nhulunbuy out, it'd be easier for me to go see them in Melbourne. I watched a vid last night of one of their concerts OMG it's so cool!! Hopefully Shaun will come with me, otherwise I might have to recruit Jo, OR if I'm really stuck, hopefully Gavin will be back from UK by then and I'll go with him to see it in Sydney. I really, really want to see them hahaha.
I got my lil camera fixed yaaaay. Now I have something to take out with me woooo.
Talal is coming over to Perth next week so we'll be doing lots of 'need camera' things. It will be good and hopefully Shaun will be able to come out to the Swan Valley and to the Left Bank on Sunday.
Left Bank next Sunday, be there!
