i have been lobbying the cosmetology board in pa to approve nail tech teachers license. they have cosmetology teachers license but for whatever reason no nail tech teachers license, so in order to teach nails one must undergo all the cosmetology classes (hair skin nails) for a year, then take an additional year to get teacher's license. in beauty
