Turning 40 and Other Stuff
In less than a month from now, I will turn 40 years old. While birthdays are usually cool for me, this one has/will be hard to deal with.
I do have a great family, job and friends. I just wish I accomplished more in my life. I guess everyone feels this way sometimes.
My girlfriend (Misty) and I got "Commitment Rings" for Valentine's Day. They are simple gold wedding rings. We have been aiming for a wedding date of 12-12-12. We have also been trying to have our own child. No luck yet.
I have been looking for another job to better support my family. It has been hard but I keep on it.
I got to see "Rango" in the movie theatre a few weeks ago. It is a very good modern Western/mystery. Not a laugh a minute but the storyline is well paced. I am looking forward to seeing Harry Potter 7-Part II this summer.
