Another day at work
Well here I am sitting here at work waiting for a call. Too bad that will all end in about an hour and a half - that's when the WinMe/98 queue opens up. And then all hell will break loose - they still haven't figured out how to forcast or schedule properly for the amount of calls coming in. Yesterday when I left for the day there were 50 people in the queue waiting to be helped and today will be much worse. Oh well at least I can be happy with the fact that I was able to do my job for four hours today - then I'll have to support WinMe/98 for the rest of the day. Yee Haw - NOT!!!
We had a team meeting this morning - we listened to a call and were trying to decide whether or not the call needed to be recovered. I was a little bummed out - I'd already heard this call. thedriveshaft will remember the call and how we all tore that tech apart. It was kinda funny to listen to how other people reacted to the call though.
Went shopping with denerious_20 last night. That was an interesting experience. I guess I'm not like most women - I hate to shop in the mall. BLECH!!! I wanna get in - get out and be done with it. But I don't know - he got a lot of stuff and really didn't spend a whole lot of money. Gotta love the JC Penney one day sale!! And he'll look really good in them - very professional.
