I feel like hammered shit
Wow my calls SUCKED today. Had really weird issues. Stuff that shouldn't be causing a problem was causing a problem. The last call I had stumped the entire consult line up in Canada - they finally let me escalate the call after almost two hours of making NO headway. At least I can say one thing for these customers - they understand that it's a new product and that it takes time to iron out the kinks. My two really sucky calls were awesome customers - we just couldn't figure out what was causing the conflicts. Weird.
