I just sat at my computer desk, and literally watched a really thick cloud come down the hill toward the flat, and when it got here, engulf it in the heaviest downpour I've seen in years.

That was pretty impressive.

Edit: And now it's thundering. That'll explain the niggling headache I've had for the past hour or so.

No, the added pressure from storms gives me headache, as it seems to do a fair amount of the population :-p

Though since a few hours later, the thunderstorm had passed, and my headache was so painful I couldn't open my eyes, I've decided it probably wasn't that after all!

And the weather can indeed be epic, and I'm glad to be in my nice snug flat when it ever comes close to epic round here!
