funny story...
So last night I was going with some girls in my service sorority to a hospital in Toledo to take a tour of the Children's Miracle Network wing because we're participating in Dance Marathon which gives all the money they make to Children's Miracle Network, so it's just to show us what we're funding, how we're helping, etc. So I went to this parking lot next to the Saddlemire building to meet the girls. I got in this one girl, Sarah's car, and it was packed full - there were 5 of us in there. But 2 more girls wanted to come so Sarah had me, and this other girl, Ali, get out so that the other 2 could get in and she could drive them to their car and then come back and pick Ali and me up.
WELL~~~
There was a lot of traffic in the parking lot and it was really chaotic and as I was getting out, Sarah took off to let this other car get around her - BUT I WAS STILL PARTIALLY IN THE CAR!!! So the frame of the door hit my side/arm and then she heard that so she slammed on her brakes, which made me hit the open door, then fall on the ground on the my arm that was already hit. It hurt sooooooo bad!!! My arm's all bruised and I'm so sore!! haha, it was so funny though! I did get checked out at the hospital by the doctor who gave us part of the tour.. but I'm ok, just pretty banged up.. oh well, funny story!!!
I was going to go out w/ my friend Drew last night, but after that, I just wanted to lay down, so my roommate and I watched Dirty Dancing last night.. it made me feel better lol :)
Tomorrow I'm going to Fort Wayne with my two best friends here, Carli and Whitney, to a Gretchen Wilson concert. haha I can't wait we love her even tho a lot of people dont!!! Then we'll spend the night at Whitney's boyfriend's house which is halfway between Ft. Wayne and BG.. I'm so excited we're going to have so much fun!!!
Next week's the last week of classes before Spring Break!!!! And I'm going to Arizona w/ my friend Chelsea for break... ahh I can't wait.. we're gonna get tannnnnnn!!!!!!! lol, well, I need to get ready to go to class...
...and maybe get some ice for my arm?! haha ;)
