Dear Illumina Techsupport!
I would like to send you a report.
There is just a little trouble
That makes conversion to qseq unoperable.
Yesterday a run has ended fully.
It was a pretty run. Believe me truly.
But there a little error was,
That could made all completely false.
The thing was after a few hours
It caused misfortunes of ours
On a flow cell appeared a little fluid bubble
It made the images distorted - that's the trouble
But that was not the greatest misadventure
The fortune shows again terrific denture:
In bcl -> qseq conversion
Another one appeared perversion.
I've got CASAVA one-dot-seven
That's good as righteous man in Heaven
And bcl converter, one-seven-one
That always helped me to have all things done
A little time ago, new pipeline was installed,
And operating system too, which CentOS is called
So now I bcl convertion run
And seeing errors, SURELY THERE'S NO FUN!
What program tells you can see in attached
And also lists of files, they are large.
Examples of a few, and program Log.
PLEASE help me scatter hardship's fog.
P.S. The sequenator is Gee-Ei-2-ex
The work with it is not a joy like sex
Or drugs or rock'n'roll...
So, waiting for response, that's all
