Behold, The Battman!

I've run across a lot of references to him in the title histories, even found an event card for one of the shows I remember having watched: The Battman loses to Ivan Koloff, arch-heel of the late '60's and early '70's! oh the horror! the horror! I remember it so well because of the shock and dismay of watching The Battman LOSE, not just to a "villain", but to THE Arch-Villain! It was so "unComic Book" that it left an indelible mark on my wee child psyche.
Oh. um. also, it was Ace Freeman. Not Freeborn. I only remember this guy at all because years later I thought of him every time I heard the name of that KISS guy.
If anyone ever runs across Battman memorabilia (photos, programs, that magazine from the WWOW site, anything)...think of your good pal Kurt and those happy memories of days of yore and all that sort of stuff.
