'Coz of the taping report, I didn't feel like downloading and watching episode. Anyways, finally did and I actually enjoyed some of the scenes. I definitely enjoyed Mike's and Sheldon's fatherly bonding. Jim looked freaking good in this episode (well, actually he always does...). Sheldon should wear dress shirts more often. ;D

It was good to see Zack. I just realized how very good-natured he is. His appearance on this episode was pretty pointless, though, and yup, his supposed marriage to Penny didn't actually do anything to advance or hinder Penny and Leonard's relationship. I thought the conflict ended too soon. It's as if we could replace the marriage conflict thingy with any shallow couple argument and we'd still see the LP making up at the end of the episode. So what exactly was the point of that all? To, once again, make Penny look like a bimbo? *sigh* I give up, I guess no matter how much we rant about the injustice on Penny's character, we will never have a resolution. T.T

As for Amy and Sheldon, I thought Amy was being all motherly once again at the start of the episode. It's as if she were lecturing her five-year-old son to be on his best behavior. And once again, we hear about Sheldon being the apathetic boyfriend. I really can't see how Amy can put up with all that. Obviously, she wants a physical relationship and she wants a boyfriend who would treat her well, so why the heck is she still locking herself up in this relationship? Clearly, we have seen that there are men out there who have taken interest in her, so she couldn't say nobody else wants her. So, really...why, Amy?

Amy could have stayed with Stuart. I cannot feel sorry for her. Same goes for Leonard. Penny has fought moving things further with Leonard numerous times. It made no sense to me to wrap up the Marriage thing so nice and neat and Lenny just goes back to all is well.

As asinine as the Lenny story was, what really got me more than anything was that Leonard said he was the victim in all this. Wah, poor Leonard my ass. Lol to Howard who said that Zack was the victim because his wife was cheating on him.

That was a funny line from Howard. Leonard let's himself be the victim with Penny. When Penny did not want to move in with him, that should have been the last straw. As long as Leonard thinks Penny is his only option, it will be a big problem. The same goes for Penny.

Well, I don't know the moving in thing was kind of like his proposals. Not a thought out thing that he had planned ahead of time but something he did in response to a situation. It wasn't liked they talked about it or he asked for her input. He was mad at Sheldon and announced that he was moving in. I would have said no too in that situation, but I would have said it sooner.

You make a good point Gamma. Still, Penny has still know Leonard for years and if she really loved him and saw a future with him, it should not have been a big problem.

I know, when he said that I just shook my head. Victim? Really? And whining about her being mad at him. Well he was rubbing her nose in it and she already felt bad and knew she screwed up. People tend to get defensive and testy in that situation, Penny is certainly no exception. You would think Leonard would get that after all these years.

What I didn't like was his exasperated tone when he mentioned that he sent the paperwork to Zack. It was like, 'here I am fixing ANOTHER one of your mistakes, Penny'. That got me even more than the whining. ... Chalk another one under 'so explain to me why they're together?'

That line shocked me. How is he the victim? Maybe if Penny married Zack out of spite, then it would make sense. When Mike told him to shut up, I smiled.

I also didn't get how Leonard was supposed to be the victim. It's not like Penny married Zack behind Leonard's back. It happened a long time ago and she didn't even know the marriage was legit. Leonard was just being a whiny butt once again. I wish he'd just shut up and let Penny handle it on her own.

It was not a betrayal from Penny. I can understand Leonard being upset though. Then again, if Leonard chooses to stay with Penny it is on him. Penny has known Leonard long enough now to know if he is the guy. Penny not wanting to live with Leonard at this stage is not a good sign. No way around that.

They seem reluctant to have her commit but then again, this is the only storyline these two have. There's so little there it baffles me how so many people believe in them.

After seven seasons, I'm still waiting for one solid reason as to why Lenny should be together. Living next door to each other and both liking sex is not good enough. I can give countless reasons why Shenny should be together.

Or any couple but them or Penny with anyone else.

So true, you know I wonder though...if Penny said that if she ever marries again it'd be out of love (or money) then does that mean that the reason she rejected Leonard's first two proposals could be due to the fact that she doesn't love him enough to marry him just yet???? Or am I just thinking too hard again??

I do not think you are thinking too hard Jislane. There is no question in my mind that Penny does not love him enough to marry him. I see Penny loving Leonard more like a dear friend than anything.
