Lego Hoarding?

So Lego may or
may not
be short on product this year. Still, the new management was supposed to bring the company back to profitability, not screw up the production capability just before the Christmas season causing at best confusion and at worst ( Read more... )

HA!

Wow, I am amazed that you remember that! I pursued a few sets of black arches on brickbay and eBay for a while and I think I have 9 of the 12 that I wanted. However, since the lego is all in boxes in the attic of my parents garage, I have not pursued the project. It has also expanded in scope as they have released a number of "new" colors (to me, the colors have been out for almost 10 years now) that could greatly improve the project.

Also, I tried some minture versions to get the base design down and I just could not make a root structure that I liked.

Must start building a again...

Because Lego, controlled by the boysprouts, having it's strings pulled by comic books, being molested by the Pope-ah!, aided by the Gnomes of Zurich have made this shortage come about.
