Schoolwork? To hell with schoolwork! I'm planning our trip to Alaska!
(no, I can't wait 2 1/2 more weeks until school is out. I must plan NOW)
Aug 2 - fly to Anchorage!
Aug 3 - train from Anchorage to Seward, rent car, spend next few days traveling around Kenai Peninsula, see glaciers and mooses and whaleses and otterses and sea lionses and puffinses and all, return car
Aug 7-9 this kayak trip and OMFG I'm so excited!
Aug 10 - train back to Anchorage
Aug 11 - spend day in Anchorage
Aug 12 - rent car #2, drive to Denali nat'l park to spent next few days, see GINORMOUS MOUNTAIN, take wicked cool plane ride and land on Mt. McKinley (and I am DAMN LUCKY to have Basso who can help me afford all this)
Aug 16 - drive back to Anchorage and fly back home
EEEE! Can't wait!
(I am giddy from lack of sleep. To bed early tonight, methinks. Tomorrow's game had better end at a reasonable time. And also, it had better end with the STANLEY CUP!!!)
