Goods and the Bads
The Good
I am now the Connecticut Library Association Support Staff of the Year! I was nominated by my favorite librarian Kim. I got to to the yearly convention for a day and even met people that I had worked with through the years. I went to workshops , ate lunch and felt special for the day It was great! People are still congratulating me, it so unexpected. I even had an article in our local paper the Day.
The Bad
My son Sean went in for a serious surgery. They suspected Colon cancer (it wasn’t) and took out a section of his ascending colon. This was May 1 and he’s still there. There are complications, I don’t understand They say he’s doing better but he’s still there. Keep us in your thoughts.
