family reunion
Back from a family reunion in New Jersey - a place called Basking Ridge. Who thinks up these names? The reunion was for members of the Sullivan clan (husband) who are related through their grandparents. We met cousins we didn't know about. After a few minutes of social awkwardness - we had some great conversations with some of the cousins about family, where they live. We even came away with some geneaology info and some email addresses from cousins in other parts of the country. We called it quits at 6 pm cause it was time to get out of the heat. There was only one couple we actually knew but we had a great time. Surprising for me who is anxious in social situations!
