Our scale broke about a month ago. It was a super fancy expensive thing that Greg got & it just pooped out. This morning I noticed he brought back in this old old one we had before the fancy scale so I decided to take a step on it. According to the scale, I'm down 10lbs! I have changed my eating habits a little. I cut out snacks, sweets, & soda. I have made sure to add a green veggie to every meal. Sometimes it's just simply a green pepper. Sometimes it's something else. I've made sure to use less fats when I cook too. Though, I eat whatever I want if we go out to dinner. Including sweet tea or soda. I should also mention that I'm in the midst of monthly bloat.

I knew I was feeling more energetic lately and some of my clothes fit ever so slightly better, but I didn't imagine I had dropped 10lbs! Wow. I'm lucky in that it's so easy for me to drop weight. I know this. I don't feel like I'm on a diet at all either. If I just keep up these habits, I'll be doing good. Now, to add working out into the mix.
