You darn machines get off my lawn!
My apartment complex left a note on my door yesterday letting me know that the water would be shut off between noon and 2pm today, because they were going to be digging up a water pipe in the parking lot. So I've been listening to digg-y noises all day.
A little while ago I peeked out the window to see if I might be able to get my car past the machines and out of the lot, and this is what I saw:
A machine is in my YARD!
Look at the giant muddy ruts in the grass! Whyyyyyyy? Go away, messy digg-y machine!
(I am in fact trapped, by the way. No errands for me!)
