So apparently now you can buy carvable fake pumpkins. Lately I've been seeing them in every store I go into, piled up in bins, radiating carveable fakeness at me.

I must object to this in the strongest possible terms. Because after all, if you carve a fakey-fake pumpkin containing no actual pumpkin flesh, then from what will you make the delicious, delicious pie?
