Emerrrrrging from the gloom* to post a plug for the Ancient Egyptian Daybook campaign on Kickstarter. The campaign, which is aimed to fund the creation of an academically authentic yet highly useable calendar based on the ancient Egyptian ones (yes, they had more than one), has already passed its original goal and its first stretch goal. We'd love to reach the furthest goal, which would provide enough money to create an app! So, granted most of the people on this journal already know about the project, but if you didn't, and if you think this is a neat idea, please consider chipping in and/or spreading the word on the internets. Thanks!
