cosmic showed up
I'm happy, UPS dropped off my copy of Cosmic Encounters this morning. It's kinda neat to get all excited about a game 30 years after it originally came out. I was ambivalent about Avalon Hill's version and I was happy with Mayfair's the rest of the releases I didn't care about at all.
Based on some more games we've played in the last couple of weeks it really is the best out of the box release I think and maybe the best balanced version as well.
