(no subject)
so dad's surgery was this morning..i woke up at 7AM..that's kind of on the ridiculous side, if i may say so myself! and the weirdest thingi s that arun woke up BEFORE me! i never thought i'd live to see the day..hmm
but yeah, we went in, and my mom left for work ,so we waited and waited till we got to go in and see my dad..he was definitely more than a little loopy (from the relaxer stuff they gave him) and decided to try his hand at a few jokes..and, if you dnot know my dad, his jokes are horrible to begin with, when he's NOT on drugs! but umm yeah so he had to stay laying down in one position for a while, so they brought him coffee (he hadnt eaten since 9 the night before) so naturally, i had to feed it to him through a straw. unfortunately, i'm not the most skilled person with straws and umm hot things...so to make the story short, i kinda may have poured steaming hot coffee over his mouth (sorry daddy :-/) but yeah, then, arun being the valiant son he is, stepped in to save the day and held the cup next to my dad's head so he could feed him..sorry i didnt think about it, asswipe! ahhaha but then arun left and i sat in the corner with m ydad for a while, until his "neighbor" (separated only by a curtain) came over and they had a superb conversation about GM and all the awesomness surrounding it...(while he was still a little loopy, mind you)
yeah so then the nurses kicked me out so they could take out the sutures they had put in for the catheter, and i ended up watchign 1.5 episodes of E.R. in the lobby. (i cant really complain) oh well..but he looks good, he's just suuuuuper tired..
other than taht.. i need to start getting shit together for school..i have exactly a week left, and i need to shop for clothes and shit like that.. ah! not to mention i need to buy myself SIN CITY because i love it and its on my top 10 :)
oh right! and PSI-U's party (my brothers frat) is on the friday of welcome week, and i know i'll be there, along with some friends..so GO, and call me if you are ;)
