I went on a diet. I went from 124 to 133 in a little less than two weeks. I am back down to 129 but I want to reach 120 this time. I swore off fast ffod forever except for the occasional pizza from work cuz that stuff is yummy. I have been eating salads and yogurt for te last two days. Tonight I think I am going to have Kari make me some fish.
I am going to take a weigh lifting class this coming semester, I want to get all buff n shit.
