On all honesty, they are very formal. The non-traditional ones can be a bit more for normal wear :D

Ohh. I forgot about the casual ones because you see them so rarely. I was mainly talking about that version of the modern formal.

Ahh. The modern formal is mostly for people lacking in the heritage to go traditional.
We can't deny people who want to wear one!
