Bunnycon
Yep. Bunnycon is on the horizon!
I should be packing and not farting around on the computer! I worked yesterday, and almost had to work today because my granted PTO request hadn't been put in the schedule book. Eeek! Good thing I checked before I left yesterday. I don't think I could have worked and then run around like a mad thing in order to leave tomorrow at a reasonable time. There's so much to do before going away anywhere, especially when you're leaving pets behind. Even though it's just for a few days, you still have to:
Make sure water bowl/ fountain is clean and full.
Leave bathroom basin tap dripping and chair available to climb onto in order to reach said basin.(don't ask!)
Put out dry food for requisite number of days even though Willem isn't that keen on it anymore, he will eat it in a pinch.
Put out baby food for him on morning of departure.
Clean litter box.
Feed fish and ignore. They're better left with no food, than a feeder tablet which makes the water dirty.
Make sure ipod is charged and full of good stuff for trip.
Pay any outstanding bills online.
Fill car with gas and check tyre pressure.
Pack glitter, blades, card, glue,pens, cutting mat etc for badges. Photos too.
Bring along some DVD's I like.
Pack some tea, ginger cookies and any other goodies I think the girls will like. Chocolate then.
Pack knittting and other paraphenalia that I think my knitting buddy will like. Also shopping lists for shop crawling ventures.
Phew! I'd better get on then. Bye for now.
Oh yes, My new 40 gallon tank is up and running, and has been keeping me busy. I will post pictures soon.
