Day 3 and it's not the worst thing ever. Today I got excited about the fresh green beans I got. I spent the whole twenty minute journey home thinking about what a yummy snack they were going to be. There is my dinner of tea, green raw green beans (devoured before picture was taken), whole grain crackers that were surprisingly good and cheese. I thought cheese would be out but the challenge allows for cheese once a week. I thought I deserved a treat for making it through three days.


this diet will suck but make me a better, food
