Typical weird nightmare for me that ended with a twist so I give it creativity for starters because it didn't feel like a nightmare so much just as a weird dream.
Mishmash is parapalegic and in a wheelchair and this irks her but she is making do trying to get home in the busy bustle of downtown Toronto at rushhour. It's not going so well. I find her and agree to get a car from this girl I met the other night and off we go. Luci, Me, and some Jewish kid we picked up along the way, driving in a campervan. It's old but we make do until the car starts doing something funny and the front lifts off the ground. I'm driving like an old biddy, staring through the hole in the steering wheel and narrowly avoiding cop cars.
I find a field, drive into it and we crash spectacularly. The hippie girl I borrowed this from appears out of nowhere and helps us set the car back up from the pieces in which it lay. I pass out in the back when the boy is putting in the engine back in. When I wake up, Hippie chick is driving the car and we are going to mine and mishmash says she'll just cab it and drop the Jewish kid along the way.
This is weird but whatever. I get home and fall asleep. This is where the nightmare becomes a nightmare and also is weird.
I wake up when my mom comes through my door in my apartment in Kingston. This doesn't strike me as odd until far too late as in now. She stands on my bed over me asking me questions and I answer them about the Hippie chick. Then she looks me straight in the eye and says "You silly girl. You don't think she had this planned from the beginning? You don't think she knew what was to pass?" And then even more ominously if that is possible, she leans down and says, "Think back to what she may really want." That is when I realise that the Hippie Chick has poisoned me. I also think I'm awake and must be in a weird REM cycle because my eyes are open.
I also realise that she wants to kill me so we can be together in death but she can only do this if I am asleep when she comes into my room. It sounds silly written down but it scared the hell out of me when I thought my door was rattling. I'm in a deep sleep pattern and keep getting pulled back into actually sleep but I think that is going to kill me so I spent thirty seconds pulling myself out of it while mumbling No - which comes out "nrrrgh" because I can't make my body or my mouth work.
Now I'm cold and shook to the bone with a weird fear/anxiety that shouldn't even be there.
