Summary: Kangin owns a family clinic where Leeteuk is employed as a nurse.
A/N. While I was writing the other fic featuring Leeteuk in a nurses outfit Buin mentioned this idea to me. It was supposed to be shorter but somehow I just can’t stop myself when it comes to Kangteuk goodness. I hope-a you like and I hope-a you all comment. J
Kim Youngwoon, known to his close friends and colleagues as “Kangin”, strode confidently into his office throwing a cheerful good morning to each of the nurses, orderlies, or other staff members he passed. Kangin owned a small(ish) family clinic staffed by himself, two nurse practitioners, five RNs along with lab technicians and a permanently smiling receptionist.
“Good Morning Zhou Mi!” Kangin greeted the man who kept the clinic running smoothly and on time. “What’s on the agenda for today?”
Zhou Mi smiled his 1000 watt smile and handed Kangin a list of patients for the day saying “Ryewook’s got a hysterical mother in exam room 1 and Leeteuk had a patient he wanted you to check out before prescribing anything. He’s waiting on results of some blood work.”
Kangin sighed and rubbed his temples “Ok. I guess I’ll check on Ryewook’s patient first.” Not his first choice, but he had to give the lab techies Shindong and Eunhyuk some time to work their magic.

“He’s got BIRD FLU! I tell you! BIRD FLU!” Kangin heard a high pitched voice yelling as he neared the door of exam room 1.
“Now just calm down Mrs. Lee.” Ryewook, one of the RNs at the clinic was saying. The woman screamed again and Kangin winced, even filtered through the door the noise could have broken glass. He quickly knocked on the door to spare Ryewook’s hearing anymore abuse.
“Hello Mrs. Lee. I’m Doctor Kim. What seems to be the problem?” Kangin said entering the room and giving the woman his best reassuring smile.
“Oh thank god a real doctor!” The woman yelped, sending a murderous glare in Ryewook’s direction. “Finally someone who will listen to reason!” Kangin waited patiently for her to go on. He had seen this kind of over proactive mother before, and had discovered that the best way to deal with them is to just let them rant themselves out, much like a two year old throwing a tantrum. While the women continued to wail about “the complete incompetence of the health care professional these days” Kangin eyed the actual patient. A boy who couldn’t have been more than three sat swinging his legs on the examination table. He looked a bit pale and worn out, but on the whole was handling the situation much better than his mother, who was now accusing Ryewook of being a communist spy or some such rubbish.
“What’s your name son?” Kangin asked the little boy, who jumped a little at being addressed. Clearly he too had been tuning out his mother’s rant and had slipped into his own little world. “Henry” the little boy whispered part from shyness and part from a hoarse throat.
“Ah Henry-ssi, it’s nice to meet you.” Kangin smiled down at the adorable little boy, mentally restraining himself from pinching those cute chipmunk cheeks. “I’m Dr. Kim but you can call me Dr. Kangin ok?” The little boy nodded. Sungmin, for that was the first name of the boy’s mother, by this time had realized no one was paying her any attention and had promptly stopped screaming about avian flu and the impending apocalypse.
“What’s the diagnosis Ryewook?” Kangin asked the scared looking nurse, who had been trying to edge out of the room unnoticed. He didn’t want to face the wrath of Lee Sungmin ever again.
Ryewook blinked confusedly at his boss before remembering himself. “Slight fever, sore throat, nasal drip, no strep throat and no-“ here Ryewook threw a pointed look at Mrs. Lee “no influenza, avian or otherwise. My guess is a common virus.”
Kangin nodded along as Ryewook listed the symptoms. He was probably correct in his diagnosis. Kids usually caught these things easily enough. Kangin decided that it was time for him to play good Dr and actually act like his 6 years of medical school was worth it. He gently felt Henry’s glands and told the boy to say “Ahh”. He peered intently into the throat, without really seeing it. He trusted Ryewook, and all of his other nurses, to do their job thoroughly, meaning that he could waltz in with his fancy degree, go through a few useless motions, and get all the credit for miraculous cures.
“Ok. Mrs Lee listen to me carefully. Your son does not have bird flu, or even regular flu. He just has a common cold. He’ll need a few days of rest and make sure he drinks lots of fluids. If he seems to be in a lot of pain you can give him half of a children’s Tylenol, but I don’t want you to rely too heavily on drugs. The best thing to do with these things is just let them run their course.”
The woman seemed sufficiently chastised. “Oh thank you Doctor!” She gushed. Ryewook rolled his eyes. “You’re welcome. Now get better soon!” Kangin said ruffling Henry’s hair “Maybe Ryewook can give you a sticker for being such a brave boy!”
The boy seemed to like that idea as he smiled and clapped enthusiastically. Ryewook smiled too and rummaged through the drawer where the stickers were kept, holding out several choices. Kangin smiled, seeing that Ryewook once again had the situation under control and exited the room.

Leeteuk shifted nervously from one foot to the other as Kangin looked over the patients charts. “So I um…was thinking about …prescribing about 50mg of…um…penicillin for the umm…infection…what do you think?” Leeteuk stumbled over his words.
Kangin nodded along, trying to hide his grin of amusement at Leeteuk’s nervousness. The older male had just gotten his Nurse Practitioners liscensce and wasn’t yet used to the power of prescribing medication. “Sound’s good Teuk. You know you don’t have to check with me on these things anymore”
Leeteuk looked slightly abashed. “I do enjoy our conversations though” Kangin added, and Leeteuk noticeably brightened. “Sorry I’m just not used to all this yet.” Leeteuk hung his head in embarrassment.
Kangin reached out and placed a gentle hand below Leeteuk’s chin, rasing his head until the other met his eyes. “Hey. It’s alright. You should try for your MD, that’s when the power get’s really scary!”
Leeteuk let out a shocked giggle. “Yeah but everyone knows you enjoy having that power.”
Kangin grinned. “Guilty as charged.” He moved his hand to cup Leeteuk’s cheek, thumb gently stroking the defined cheekbones, glad that the hallway they were currently standing in was thankfully deserted. Leeteuk’s eyes widened. “Youngwoon!” He said scandalized at the blatant display of affection. “What if someone sees?”
Kangin laughed. “Let them see.” He quickly pecked Leeteuk on the cheek.
“Everyone already knows about you two anyways.” A new voice was heard.
Kangin and Leeteuk sprung apart startled. “What the-Yesung is that you?” Kangin asked looking around for the source of the voice.
“Yeah….Up here”
“What the-Why are you in the air vent?” Kangin demanded, locating Yesung lurking behind a grate.
“Cleaning?” The janitor offered lamely. “Yeah right.” Giggled a new voice from behind Yesung. “We were practicing our ninja skills.”
“Donghae is that you?” Leeteuk asked. He was answered with a fresh wave of giggles.
Kangin rubbed his temples in annoyance. Why did it feel like he was running a clinic full of 5 year olds?
“Well carry on hyung’s!” Yesung cheekily saluted before presumably crawling off to spy on some other innocent people.
Kangin just shook his head sadly. “Anyways…” He turned his attention back to the furiously blushing Leeteuk.
“What?” He asked.
Leeteuk looked absolutely mortified. “They-they saw us Youngwoon.” Kangin snorted. “Yeah, but like they said, everyone already knows…” He tried to pull the other closer, but Leeteuk squirmed away.
“But it isn’t right.” Leeteuk protested as Kangin began to rain kisses down on his hair and face. “Why not?” Kangin asked. “I love you, you love me. Where’s the problem?”
Leeteuk blushed again. “It’s not professional. What if a patient sees us? What if they get the wrong idea?”
Kangin firmly kissed Leeteuk directly on the lips. “Here I am hoping someone gets the right idea.”
“Youngwoon…not here please.” Leeteuk begged and Kangin pulled away. He knew Leeteuk was right. “Ok. Ok. But we’re still on for tonight right Jungsu?”
Leeteuk nodded and smiled. “Of course. I’ll see you later Dr. Kim” He stressed the name.
“I can’t wait Leeteuk” Kangin answered, and swiftly kissed Leeteuk again. “Till then Jungsu.” He whispered in the other’s ear. Leeteuk stiffened at the use of his real name, blushed, mumbled some incoherent excuse, turned on his heel and stalked off. Kangin watched him go in amusement.
He couldn’t wait for later.

“Say Ahhhh” Leeteuk prompted. Kangin, who recognized an order when he heard one, complied.
“Ahhhhhh” He said sticking out his tongue. Leeteuk bent low, making a big show out of shifting his hips to accomadate his new position. He leaned in close, and Kangin closed his eyes. Leeteuk slowly wrapped his perfect lips around Kangin’s protruding tongue, making Kangin gasp at the sensation. Leeteuk sucked on the smooth muscle, pulling it back and forth and gently grazing it with his teeth.
Kangin moaned causing Leeteuk to pull back, releasing the tongue. Kangin shot Leeteuk a questioning glance, wondering why the other man had stopped the amazing pleasure.
Leeteuk smirked. “Oh Doctor Kim.” Leeteuk simpered. “I suddenly don’t feel so well.” He placed a hand on his forehead for dramatic effect.
It was then that Kangin noticed the pert little hat set jauntily upon Leeteuk’s head. “What the-“ He began to say, before taking in the whole of Leeteuk’s outfit.
He reached out to straighten the hat. “I don’t think your uniform is quite regulation Nurse Leeteuk” Kangin whispered seductively. His hands made their way down to smooth out the short white dress. He pulled Leeteuk closer and, using his tongue, undid the first couple of buttons.
“Dr. Kim!” Leeteuk said scandalized. “Really you’re too much. Undressing me when I’m not feeling well.”
Kangin growled low in his throat. So that’s the way Leeteuk wanted to play was it? “I suppose you’re right nurse. Why don’t you sit here on the table while I examine you.” He stressed the word examine and Leeteuk shivered in anticipation.
He hoisted himself up on the table, and leaned back, exposing his body to Kangin’s roving eyes. “Like this Dr. Kim?” Leeteuk asked innocently. He brought his feet up to rest on the table as well, bending his long silk stocking clad legs at the knee and giving Kangin a wonderful view of what really lay beneath the skirt of the nurses uniform.
Kangin was slightly gratified to see a bulge beginning to form in the nurse’s undergarments. “Yes that’s exactly right.” He walked around the table to begin the ‘examination’. Leeteuk watching his every move with wide, seemingly innocent yet smoldering eyes. Kangin ran a hand down Leeteuk’s still clothed body, and Leeteuk arched into the touch.
“Oh please Dr. Kim. It hurts so bad!” Leeteuk moaned, as Kangin’s lips resumed the task of unbuttoning Leeteuk’s dress.
“What hurts baby. Tell Dr. Kangin and he’ll make it all better.” He said, rubbing his hands down Leeteuk’s now exposed chest, stopping well before the other’s waist before traveling back up to teas his nipples.
Leeteuk gasped and moaned. He couldn’t take the feelings anymore. He gave in to what his instincts were telling him and reached a hand down to palm at his own erection.
Kangin watched in fascination as the other man pleasured himself. Moaning when Leeteuk moaned and rolling his hips looking for friction of his own.
“P-p-please Dr. Kim. It hurts.” Leeteuk begged. Kangin gave in, he swiftly climbed on top of Leeteuk and bent down to place kiss, after kiss, to his nurses lips.
“Moan for me baby” He whispered as he trailed his hand down, lower, and lower, until it was resting over Leeteuk’s own still furiously pumping hand.
Leeteuk did just that. With every stroke to his throbbing member he let out another cry of “Please. Dr. Kim right there.”
And “Dr. Kim give me more” as he bucked his hips in impatience. Kangin tightened his grip and pumped faster, bring more moans to Leeteuk’s lips.
“Yes Dr. Kim, I’m so close. Dr. Kim. Dr.Kim” Leeteuk was reaching the realm of the deliriously pleasured. He kept repeating Kangin’s name, increasing in volume. “Dr. Kim. Dr. kim…DR.KIM”
“Dr. Kim, Dr. KIM” someone was shaking him. “Wh-what?” Kangin asked drowsily.
“You must have fallen asleep on your break.” Zhoumi smiled at him. “What?” Kangin asked again intelligently.
Zhoumi smiled and tapped his foot. “You fell asleep on your break apparently. You’ve been doing that a lot lately. Leeteuk keeping you up at night?”
Kangin thought back to his recent dream. “You have no idea” he muttered. Zhoumi cocked his head to the side curiously but decided not to ask.
Kangin was still trying to recover the vestiges of his dream, and trying to think of convincing arguments he could use to actually get Leeteuk to don a naughty nurses outfit when Zhoumi spoke again.
“Anyways I wanted to wake you because I guess there was some kind of mishap in the lab.”
Kangin raised his eyebrow. “Mishap?” He asked almost afraid of the answer. Shindong and Eunhyuk were not known to think before they acted.
“Apparently some fire ants got loose and Hyukie tried to kill them with some liquid nitrogen, but ended up spraying it all over the computer, which partially melted I guess and then started to spark, and some charts caught on fire setting off the sprinkler system on the lower level and somehow or other the fire department came and now they are asking for you.” Zhoumi explained.
Kangin decided not to ask what fire ants were doing at a family clinic, nor why Eunhyuk thought it would be a good idea to spray them with liquid nitrogen. Five year olds. He reminded himself.
Thoughts of Leeteuk in an alluring nurses outfit would have to wait while Kangin went and dealt with the children he called “employees”.
