(no subject)
Yay!
June is here, and June is the best month of the year... at least it is this year! Reasons behind this are:
The weather is better in June than in January
My birthday is in June!
I go to London in June
I go to the US in June
I'm going to work at a summer camp in June
I get to meet Joleen in June
It's summer!
So I'm all packed. Or well, nearly. And I did fit all my stuff in one backpack, and it's heavy, but not as heavy as it was when I took it to Denmark, cause I don't have a tent attached to it now. I fit a LOT in it... pretty much everything I'm taking with me is in there... except I'm taking my allergy meds, my toothbrush, a t-shirt, a pair of shorts and a change of underwear with me in my carry-on because IF my luggage gets lost... at least I'll have both regular pants and a long-sleeved shirt, and shorts and a t-shirt to wear. I have to catch three planes - I'm allowed to worry about someone misplacing my things, surely!
(Inside the backpack: A sweatshirt, a sweater, raingear, 2 pairs of shoes and a whole bunch of regular clothes, plus a whole lot of stupid bulky items. And another smaller backpack and a pretty big bag of hygiene stuff, plus my sleeping bag is on top of it. Yay!)
