Dude, I'm loving having time to do whatever I want!
Had a nice long nap after I got home yesterday. Then went out to dinner with GL, Tintin and GG, and over to Tintin's place afterwards to eat chocolate cake and drink milk (or, in GL's case, vodka). After THAT we went down to Askja (nature science building) where there was a party for the biology kids (we brought GG with us, even though she's a med student).
I didn't really feel like going to a party, and was planning on going home early. But I ended up staying much, much longer than planned, and having a blast! Had a much needed girl-bonding chat with GG and GL and Tintin, and we were right in the middle of an important part of the conversation when we were interrupted by this very strange guy, Burkni. Who I talk to all the time, but I couldn't remember his name. So I asked him what his name was, and he started talking about distributing pollen to women all over the place, to which we said "eeeew!" but he didn't stop there, oh no. He said some weird things, and then he grabbed Tintin's leg and started rubbing her toes (can we say GROSS) and then said "Your toes are all sweaty!". Yeah. Nice. And then he kept talking about strange things and doing weird things but I was busy talking to a drunk girl while all that was going on, plus I'd just had two glasses of a very strong punch and my tongue was all numb, and I suspect that my brain was too, cause I don't remember what happened between the time Burkni started saying weird things until we were thrown out. But it was fun, and on the way home me and Tintin met some weird guys who had a bike and an old tennis racket that was all torn up and offered us a ride home and another one who had climbed up the side of a house and was playing a rooster or something.
And I spent pretty much all of today watching Lost episodes GL's boyfriend got me and OMG so exciting. I've only seen the first 12, don't have more, but NEED THEM.
Have tomorrow off, with NOTHING to do. Fun! But the day after that I start work, yay!
Oh, and I'm having a birthday party thingie on June 4th. Just a small one, GL is playing a bartender, and you guys are all invited. Details later. And boo to Zoe cause I know she won't be in the country on June 4th.
