Came back to read other people's journals. Never realized how much I rely on this site to be intuned with other people's lives!
Have been productive lately; studying, writining, reading, reading for pleasure, etc...
Amazing how if one person leaves our lives, another falls apart. Dont let his happen to you-be self sufficent and independent. SERIOUSLY. This advice is from personal experience.
Skipped management (it was just a notetaking session so i didnt miss anything of importance) to write a letter to the school newspaper in regard to a disturbing editorial in which an individual believes we as women are attending college in search of our MRS and not a BA or BS. hmmm, are we in 1950?
Glad I'm still here at YCP... my maturity and IQ most certainly has risen in the past school year.
Learned:
you can love someone, but they will never know it let alone understand or recipricate the feelings
we need to figure out what we want in order to be productive or at least try to figure out what we want
it's easy to hang out with several ppl all of the time, but better to interact with many indivduals who you ordinarily wouldnt have spoken to in high school
do what is right for you regardless of anyone else-sometimes ya gotta be a little selfish
if you arent happy then something is wrong
take risks; the more you try the more you gain a better self understanding
