don't know who i am.
dyl and i just got a new 120gb hard drive yesterday, so i decided to reinstall windows since i now had a new drive to back all our stuff up easily. so now i'm downloading windows updates and stuff, and i have some time to kill (23 mins, apparently).
i'm also procrastinating, 'cause a guy from vodafone called me while i was out at lunch with dyl wanting to have a telephone interview 'cause i applied for a part-time position at their call centre, and i'm scared as hell to call him back. i mean, *argh*. i *hate* job interviews. my flatmate suzy already had one with them, so she wrote down some of the important questions that they asked, but i still don't know the answers. why am i better than anyone else for the job? i'm not, for god's sake. i just want some money. i don't have call centre experience. hell, i don't even like *talking* to people i don't know. but apparently it's $15 and hour, which'll work out to at least $400 a week, which is pretty fucking good for a part-time job.
we got a letter today from our power company stating that they were gonna cut our power if we didn't pay the bill today. luckily, we managed to pull some money out of our arse, and we have a week to pay the rest. although we've also got a late letter from the phone company saying they'll disconnect our phone if we don't pay *their* bill. god, being a grown-up and having responsibility *sucks*.
it would be nice to have a job, mainly because that'll mean we can move out of this god-forsaken hole of an apartment. the roaches, bills, and flatmates are *really* starting to grate.
