i really am glad you said that. i was worried after i posted that you would defriend me & that would make me feel terrible.
with that said, i feel the same way you do. i grew up catholic & have total respect for people who are religious & don't cram it down my throat. the majority of our friends and family go to church & it's a big part of their lives. i would never judge or love them less because of it. the friends that know how we feel don't try to convert us or anything. i have even been given bibles & faith books. i don't throw those things away because i don't use them. i realize these books and whathaveyou have helped the people that i love & they are simply trying to share that with me. and if you think about it, it's more of them showing their love and care for me. i totally get it. i'm not an ingrate.
but these e-mails are every single day. i love my sister & she is the only family member who knows how i feel about this. so i totally didn't expect it from her. but again, i know she has benefited from these words and is simply trying to share her knowledge and show her love for me. i'll just have to remind myself of that every time i check my e-mail. (:
