It's very overwhelming. And many may say what do I care, I'm not American, I don't live there, etc, but I believe that this turnout affects the entire world. :D

I keep telling people, if only people from outside the US could participate in this election, I'd have voted for him. I live in a country where we've lost faith in our government, and seeing Obama win your election teaches me to hope that good things CAN happen.

It's wonderful to be this united, Obama winning this election wasn't just for Americans alone. It's a victory for everyone.

I live in the Philippines. :) And yeah, a lot of my LJ friends are from different countries too.

LJ and Obama, bringing the world together!

It's tough though when a country is going through shaky government problems. The people are the ones who suffer the most, you know?

Oh don't I know it. Our people have been suffering for a long time now.

I don't know much about US history besides the civil war stuff, but I do think that the US has some pretty interesting landscapes. :D

LJ should change their header, shouldn't they? Like the Yahoo and Google logos, which change every season and holiday. :D
