It's been a while
Sorry it has been so dern long since my last post. I have been busy busy. Not only has my schedule been chaotic, but I didnt realize that my school's library has moved to a different building. I have just been wanderin about and staring blankly at the old library room. But I am back now, with my new-found knowledge of the location of my school's library. ((God, I'm dumb))
So to brief everyone on my life . . . Jesse has received orders to goto Iraq. He leaves Feb. 15th. That makes the acid in my stomach churn. I am scared to death for him. He admitted to me just the other night that he too is frightened. The weekend before he leaves will be horrible and wonderful all at the same time. We are getting a hotel room in the french quarter and we will spend one last romantic weekend together before he leaves.
It is going to be a long 7mo. for the both of us, but I am going to stick by and support him (even though I dont support the war). We will have e-mail contact and the occasional phone call, but I will miss him all the same. I am going to try to keep myself busy with my daughter, school and friends. Hopefully, that will keep me sane until the much awaited day of his return. For those of you close to me . . . I have a lot of planning to do while he is away, and I look forward to your help and input <>.
