I thought it might be interesting to see if you loyal readers could name the 18 states that I have been in and suggest why I might have been there ( Read more... )

Oh, sorry, in my post on Chris's LJ, I said I didn't like counting states I just passed through.

Correct so far:
NC - Born/live here

VA - It is right there. So is some of my family. And now so is some of my work.

SC - Ah, the Dirty Carolina. Family vacations for well over half of my life.

PA - Grandmother/Aunt took me here when I was 9. We did the Hershey, Amish Country, Philadelphia, Gettysburg deal. Fun times. Went again a few years ago for a Wake @ Temple bball. Mike Hogge came with. It was fun. Went again twice in 2003 for work. Just got back Saturday again from work.

FL - Disney Wolrd twice: Age 5, age 16 (?). Dad has family there. I think when I was 5 we went outside of my dad's uncle's house and saw some space mission taking off...

TX - I have work obligations in TX. Was just there last week for a corporate retreat that was much fun. Read some older posts in my LJ for more on that. Pictures to follow...

TN - Work. Also went to Dollywood once, I'm sorry to say.

CA - Worked here for a summer. The summer of healing. I was 20 when I left and much older when I returned. I came home for one weekend that summer so that I could be at a friend's wedding. Those two round trip flights were my first flights ever.

MD - Ate in Baltimore on the trip to PA when I was 9.

GA - Atlanta: ACC Tourney, friends live here, work has an office here.

NY - Rochester: I had a friend here. Syracuse: Work.

Actually, it was Mississippi, so you got that one, too.

Ohio, LA, Miss, Bama,
WV (family right),

and I'm guessing Indiana and the KY connection.
