our street has finally got broadband adsl access! horrah! about time too, that petition that went round was effective after all. the telstra ppl went round to every single house in our area to tell ppl and try and hook them up with them which i thought was a very good idea cause they will get lots of sales including my family as dad has signed us up. the sucky bit though is that is won't strat/come till two weeks and that is sucky cause thats right before i go back to uni and so will not be able to take full advantage of it - damn!
oh well at least we will have it! but it is also kinda stupid getting it now cause the fam are going overseas and will not use it for a while but hey whatever.
also i think ppl should post on lj more often because now that i have so much time to just go on the net all the time i need things to read!
