So here I am. The future is looking pretty good as far as the whole losing weight goes. Then again every time I start it always looks brite. Somewhere down the line I fall off and I just don't seem to want to get back up, the whole failure thing gets me ya know? I really don't want that to be the case anymore. I am perfectly able to do this. I am almost 24 years old and should be in my peak performance...but I'm not. So I want to change that. I don't want to look back 10 years from now and ask myself why didn't I bother to do anything about my weight back then...when it was easier to do so?

All in all here are the stats:

Highest Weight: 240lbs
Current Weight: 230lbs
Short term Goal: 200lbs by February
Long Term Goal: 140-150lbs
