If you live near a Catholic parish, open your windows. You should be hearing bells soon.
White smoke from the Sistine Chapel, all the bells of St. Peter's ringing.
Who will it be?
I have absolutely no guess.
I know the Cardinals were urged to decide quickly so the new Pope would be in place before the Triduum,
but wow, I thought it would be Thursday at the earliest!
I think one of the coolest things about the celebration around the election of a Pope
is the crowd in St. Peter's square.
It's so neat to see the pilgrims of all ages and all races, holding up flags from their countries.
I see France, Mexico, Romania, Somalia, Belgium, Brazil, the U.S., Switzerland...
the...uhh....the Phillipines?....
man, I need a visual guide to the flags of the world to try to work some of these out, lol....
EDIT:
Am I dreaming??
from ARGENTINA! =D
