I'm drowning in shoes!

Note to self: Do not start reading Freakangels just before you start GMing an RPG set after the world's flooded. It will make you want to turn it into a Freakangels game. So not happening.

On an unrelated note, does Tennant talk on Doctor Who Confidential in a fuzzy blue dressing gown just to get a reaction from the fangirls? I'm not one of the fangirls (I adore him, but Eccles was my Doctor), but I'm sure the dressing gown pleases a lot of people out there.

Also, you know you're a girl when you dream about shoes. The other night I dreamed about shoe shopping and found some Valentino shoes on sale which looked like fairly regular black heels, but when I tried them on they were actually fur-lined and the most comfortable shoes I'd ever worn - even though they were quite high.

Also also, MB and I fell in love with a leather underbust corset at Maelstrom. We both tried it on (well, we tried on different sizes - the one I tried actually belonged to the chap who ran the shop!) and loved it. We tried them over out pretty Chinese costumes, and it actually looked pretty spiffy over my red and black Han style dress - enough that, if I could afford it, I'd consider going a little bit battle priest (it would count as leather armour). It was so comfy - I didn't want to take it off and felt so floppy and weak-spined when I did. Lovely corset, and very well made, but £230 is rather steep. I would certainly wear it out, though, not just for costume; because it's an underbust I could just wear it over any top I fancy.

Sorry, that was all a little rambly and unrelated.
