I was highly amused when the crossword I was doing yesterday when I should have been writing my NaNo had 'Procrastinate' as a clue. My crossword book knows the score.

Gacked from vejiita4eva.

Make a list of all the characters in your icons. (Although you may have more than one icon of a single character, they only go on the list once.) Alphabetize it. Take the first two people on the list; that's your first pairing. Second two people; second pairing. etc.

- Aragorn/Ana Lucia(Lost) - I think Aragorn would be impressed with Ana's strength and willingness to do whatever's necessary to achieve a goal, and he might not even bat an eyelid over some of her more questionable actions. The cop in Ana would respect Aragorn, and the tough bitch would be impressed with his abilities. They might actaully make a workable couple.

- Boromir/The Doctor(Ten, to be more specific) - well, they'd see eye to eye on doing whatever's necessary to protect the place and people they champion (Minas Tirith and Earth respctively), but I could more easily see them as drinking buddies than anything more... physical. They could easily sit in a tavern for hours drinking and telling tales of their grand adventures.

- Eric Bana/Captain Jack Harkness - the images in the icon are of Hector, but it's meant to be Bana on set. I think Jack would heartily approve of Eric, and would probably frighten the life out of the poor bogan. If it were Bana's character from The Archer, who's a slightly crazed and rather horny explosives expert, those two would disappear into a room and not emerge for a month. Who needs a meaningful relationship when there can just be lots of sex. Also, The Archer's Eric has a tendency to blow shit up, just for laughs, and Jack is undeadable, so they're a perfect match. Jack should be warned about the pine cones, though. And I'll be in my bunk.

- Captain Jack Sparrow/Jin(Lost) - dear Eru, that's all the Lost guys need - Jack showing up on the island. I don't think the language barrier would be an issue for Jack, because he prefers to do all the talking, but Jin would just think (quite understandably) that the pirate was insane. I can't see much romance (or sex), but I'm sure Jack could use Jin as a useful sidekick.

- Mal Reynolds(Firefly)/Michael(Lost) - Ummm. Michael is fairly sensible while Mal is more a seat of the (tight)pants kind of guy, so I really can't imagine that pairing working, on any level.

- Orlando Bloom/Rose Tyler - Um, been there, done that. In The Calcium Kid Billie plays a slightly ditzier version of Rose, and Orlando (well, Jimmy) holds her boobs and eventually marries her. I even theorised that she was actually Rose, a couple of years after parting company with the Doctor. She needs a nice, stable boy (that is, one that's stable, not one that works in the stables) who will stick around and not nearly get her killed regularly. Not that the Doctor isn't great, he's just a little unpredictable and dangerous to be around.

- Sawyer(Lost)/Sharpe - I'm sorry, I think I just... My two favourite blondes, and two of my favourite rogues. There would be fisticuffs, which Sharpe would win, though I'm sure Sawyer would put up a good fight. Then there might be what sometimes follows fisticuffs. Those two would just charm each other into submission, and at least enjoy some adventures together, if not more.

- Will Turner/Yoda - Think of the children! Small, green and terribly earnest. Yoda would be impressed with young Will's (not Will Young's) swordsmanship, and I can see them developing a master/appretice relationship. Will would make quite a good Jedi.
