Yesterday was another 'nada' day. Today, I have band practice. Yippee. I'd be more enthusiastic, but I woke up this morning feeling worse than I did laying down.

Tommorrow my sister comes to stay for the weekend with her husband, now my brother-in-law. I'm officially related to a canadian!
