I love to cook.
This time of year is great to make soups and chili, both of which I just finished making huge pots of!
I rejoined Weight Watchers (or Fat Camp, as Bev & I like to call it) last week. I have a huge pot of their Garden Veggie Soup simmering on the stove.
In the crockpot is a pot of Ground Turkey Chili. I sort of made that one up as I went along, didn't follow any recipe. I threw in ground turkey, onion, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, a packet of chili seasoning, cumin, chili powder, red pepper flakes, and black pepper. Should be good!
Anyone have any good, healthy, lo-cal recipes to share? (Esp soups! I'm dying to get some more recipes to try!)
