Atten-HUT!
Josh gave himself a haircut last night. Just in time for the first day of kindergarten. THANKS!
Ken & I were BOTH right there, too! We hear him say, "Hey Jeremy, let's cut our hair." Then Ken comes running out of the kitchen, think dramatic slow-mo movie scene, bellowing "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!". Of course, by then it's too late. Dead center, top of the head, patch gone, cut down to the scalp. UGH! And of course it was after dinner, too late to get to the haircut place to get it fixed up, so that's what we'll be doing first thing after work (my preschool) today! I'm PRAYING he won't have to get a 'military' cut to cover this up!!!! I HATE ultra short haircuts on anyone. Just not my thing.
I just took a couple of pics of his haircut this morning, because it is pretty funny, and he said, "Did I make a mistake, Mom? I won't do it again." I'm glad to hear that! LOL
