Today was one of those odd disjointed days. Not sure why. Train trip into work was boring as hell. Evil Interlopers stole our seats. So we (CBG, Annoying Ex and me) had to sit separately. I fell asleep within about 5 minutes

And on a serious note, if this person came to you in your head - and comes to you more than once, my personal belief is that he is one of your spiritual guides. Try to listen to him and be open to what he says. Who knows what he has to tell you? So, thats my opinion.

Bernard is a purely fictional character, albeit a pushy one. He seems to be making himself up, rather than letting ME make him up. *grins*
